Race For the CureŽ

The Network of Enterprising Women has been a consistant supporter of The Komen Race for the CureŽ Series. As an organization that exists to support not only fellow business women of the Richmond Metro area, but our greater community, N.E.W finds the Race for the Cure to be the perfect event to show our support, our care, our hope for all our sisters challenged by the effects of breast cancer. We encourage our entire membership to join in and make 2010 the year we made an IMPACT!

Home Again

The overwhelming generosity of the membership of the Network of Enterprising Women once again was demonstrated at their January 2010 luncheon meeting. The members were asked to donate a new or gently used cuddly toy (Teddy bear or other stuffed animal). As you can see, the response was tremendous! These toys were then donated to the HomeAgain Family Shelter in Richmond for the children who live at the facility. Miles of smiles will be on the faces of the children.
